氨基(-NH2)能方便地與羧基牢固生成酰胺鍵,還可與活性酯(-NHS)在PH7-8.5形成酰胺鍵。巰基(-SH)與馬來(lái)酰亞胺以及在PH6.5-7.5之間極易生成穩(wěn)定硫醚鍵。硫醇基團(tuán)與金表面親和性較高,用于金納米顆粒或金膜改性。PEG修飾可以增加溶解度,穩(wěn)定性好,還可以抑制修飾表面帶電分子的非特異性結(jié)合。

Amino group (- NH2) can easily and firmly form amide bond with carboxyl group, and can also form amide bond with active ester (- NHS) in PH7-8.5. Sulfhydryl (- SH) and maleimide, as well as between PH6.5-7.5, are very easy to generate stable thioether bonds. Mercaptan group has high affinity with gold surface, and is used for modification of gold nanoparticles or gold films. PEG modification can increase the solubility and stability, and can also inhibit the non-specific binding of charged molecules on the modified surface.
