UV-Tracer 探針是將具有藍(lán)色熒光的二苯甲酮片段嵌入到原本沒有熒光的功能性小分子當(dāng)中，如：Biotin-PEG4-NHS、Azide-PEG4-NHS，得到 UV trace-Biotin-PEG4-NHS 和 UV trace-Azide-PEG4-NHS。與原有分子相比，新的分子具有相同的功能，但又可通過檢測熒光強(qiáng)度來判斷是否標(biāo)記成功，標(biāo)記效率如何，因而具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。
