In addition, silver catalyzed acylation can achieve the modification of commercial phage library of Ph.D.12 without affecting the infection activity of phages, indicating that this method has potential application in living biological systems.

The sample containing azide was prepared in the reaction buffer. DBCO conjugate was added to the sample containing azide. It is recommended to add a limiting reagent of 1 mole equivalent to the 1.5-3.0 mole equivalent of the abundance reagent. The reaction was incubated at 4 ℃ at room temperature for 2-4 hours or 2-12 hours. The reaction can now be purified.
