環氧樹脂是一種高分子聚合物，分子式為(C11H12O3)n，是指分子中含有兩個以上環氧基團的一類聚合物的總稱。它是環氧氯丙烷與雙酚A或多元醇的縮聚產物。由于環氧基的化學活性，可用多種含有活潑氫的化合物使其開環，固化交聯生成網狀結構，因此它是一種熱固性樹脂。雙酚A型環氧樹脂不僅產量**，品種最全，而且新的改性品種仍在不斷增加，質量正在不斷提高。

Epoxy resin is a kind of polymer with molecular formula of (C11H12O3) n, which is the general name of a kind of polymer with more than two epoxy groups in the molecule. It is the condensation product of epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A or polyol. Because of the chemical activity of the epoxy group, it can be ring-opened by a variety of compounds containing active hydrogen, cured and cross-linked to form a network structure, so it is a thermosetting resin. Bisphenol A epoxy resin not only has the largest output and the most complete varieties, but also the new modified varieties are still increasing and the quality is improving.
