新型納米磁共振成像(MRI)造影劑/核磁共振納米燈/順磁性MRI造影劑技術(shù)

全新的納米磁共振成像(MRI)造影劑技術(shù),能夠大幅度提升醫(yī)學(xué)圖像的可識(shí)別度。動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,使用該造影劑,實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠異常組織的亮度是周?chē)】到M織亮度的10倍。新的造影劑技術(shù)具有選擇性,形成的核磁共振圖像對(duì)**癥等特定代謝的標(biāo)志物敏感。

納米造影劑基于磁諧振技術(shù),主要由兩種磁性材料組成,包括“開(kāi)關(guān)材料”(磁性納米顆粒)和“顯影材料”(順磁性MRI造影劑),兩種材料之間的距離不同,核磁共振圖像的亮度也不同。兩種材料之間的臨界距離大于7納米時(shí),開(kāi)關(guān)材料對(duì)顯影材料的影響消失,順磁性造影劑在MRI圖像上充分顯影,此時(shí)相當(dāng)于開(kāi)關(guān)的“開(kāi)”;當(dāng)二者距離小于7納米時(shí),順磁性顯影材料在MRI圖像上的狀態(tài)則是“關(guān)”。

研究人員制造了一種足以探測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠體內(nèi)**癥的造影劑。造影劑使用一種能夠被**癥代謝產(chǎn)物MMP-2酶切斷的生物材料連接“開(kāi)關(guān)材料”和“顯影材料”,令兩種材料之間的初始距離低于7納米。顯影劑注入實(shí)驗(yàn)鼠組織后,如果組織中存在**變,兩種材料之間的連接將會(huì)被MMP-2酶切斷,導(dǎo)致兩種材料分離,MRI圖像會(huì)將病灶區(qū)域顯示為高亮度。

 

使用納米造影劑技術(shù),MRI檢查能夠顯示**的存在和具體分布,還可以通過(guò)圖像揭示**組織中MMP-2酶的濃度,獲得**變分期等進(jìn)一步信息。
